In August of 2019 JC & Sons replaced my roof with a warranty of 25 years for labor and 50 years for materials. The installation went well; and I was satisfied with the service at the time. However, I am now beyond disappointed in repair service I have received. I called on Wednesday July 16th to report a leak. The male I spoke with asked if I had the contract. I took a picture and texted it to him. He said someone would be by the following Monday or Tuesday. No one came or called. I called again on Friday July 25th and spoke with Elver. Once again, I was asked for the contract. I was told someone would be out Saturday morning. No one came or called. I called again on Monday July 28th and spoke with Julian; he said someone would come on Tuesday the 29th between 8am and noon. I indicated that I had to leave by 10:30am. He said they would try to get here earlier than the time he first stated. No one arrived or called during that time frame. I called again for the fourth time on July 29th and spoke with Julian again. He stated they were running a little late and couldn't give me a time that they would be here. By 7:30pm, no one came, and no one called. On July 30th at approximately 8:15am Elwin showed up unannounced. No appointment had been scheduled and fortuitously I was home. The fact that I called four times before someone arrived is unacceptable. Arriving unannounced reflects a lack of respect for my time. Furthermore, the fact that I had to provide a copy of my contract twice is indicative of poor management. Your business should have a copy of the contract. The service was neither respectful of my time nor business. Moreover, at no point during these interactions has anyone apologized. It is understandable that scheduling conflicts happen, but the lack of communication is disrespectful and no way to manage business.
